At Riding In Styles, we stand behind our premium motorcycle protection gear just as we stand behind your riding safety. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unworn, undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your safety and ours:

  • All MOTORCYCLE UNDERWEAR and COOLING GEAR must be returned in original sealed packaging
  • Protective gear (including CHEST PROTECTION, ELBOW & KNEE PROTECTION) must show no signs of wear or impact
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on BALACLAVAS, COLLAR & FACEMASKS, or any HEATED GEAR that has been removed from its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) to our Nijmegen warehouse using a trackable service
  4. Inspection: Allow 3-5 business days for quality inspection upon receipt
  5. Refund/Exchange: Processing begins immediately after approval

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • EU Customers: Use tracked postal service (approx. €8-12)
  • International Customers: DHL/FedEx Economy (rates vary by country)
